Student Life in Leeds
Study
Leeds offers a vast variety of courses, with hundreds of options to study abroad or do a year in industry or to do modules outside of your core course units. Leeds is one of the highest rated universities in the UK with an excellent reputation among employers. You will be assigned your own personal tutor as well as having access to Leeds’ excellent libraries and IT facilities.
Accommodation

Leeds is a great city in which to be a student. With its fantastic night life, restaurants, bars, museums, theatres, shops and music scene there really is something for everyone. The student union itself is a great place to hang out with its clubs, bars and shops all under one roof. But bear in mind that city life is not for everyone. For people who are not used to a big city atmosphere, it can be daunting, especially as your first home away from home.
Sports and Societies
Leeds is home to loads of great student societies and sports teams. The union has over 60 sports clubs ranging from sub aqua to basketball. As well as this, it also has societies for nearly everything you can imagine, from circus skills to ballet, from horse riding to shopaholics.
